- Repairing / Replacing Drip Pans
The air cooling evaporator coils produce a generous amount of condensation which drips into a drain or ‘drip’ pan. This water travels from the pan via a PVC pipe or other type of hose or tube to an indoor or outdoor area, away from the building. With normal use, these drip pans become dirty, contaminated, and rusty. Over years, it can crack and leak, possibly resulting in water damage to surrounding areas. Our certified technicians can clean and repair drip pans as needed. When they become damaged beyond repair, our team can replace them. We also check drainage pipes/tubes for clogs and provide the repairs necessary to ensure proper water flow from the drip pan to the drainage area.
